Same formula as our bestselling Honey Tallow Balm — grass-fed tallow, raw Manuka honey, organic shea, jojoba, frankincense — plus aloe vera and a higher beeswax content to hold its solid shape. What's in it

• Grass-fed & finished beef tallow — slowly rendered from suet sourced from regenerative California ranches. Mirrors the skin's natural sebum for near-instant absorption. Vitamins A, D, E, and K are naturally present.
• Raw Manuka honey (UMF 20+) — one of the highest-grade Manukas on the market. Naturally antibacterial and rich in healing enzymes.
• Unrefined yellow shea butter — richer in vitamins and fatty acids than the white refined version. Provides the cushiony body of the bar.
• Cold-pressed organic jojoba oil — molecularly closest to human sebum. Hydrates without greasiness.
• Organic beeswax — the structural ingredient that gives the bar its solid shape and travel durability. Higher concentration than in our jar balm. Forms a breathable protective layer that locks in the other ingredients.
• Vitamin E oil (30,000 IU) — high-potency natural antioxidant. Protects the formula from oxidation and supports skin healing.
• Organic frankincense essential oil — the warm, meditative scent used in skincare for 2,000+ years. Calms the senses while soothing skin.

How to use

1. Hold the bar in your palm for 5-10 seconds — body heat softens the surface
2. Glide directly across clean skin — face, hands, elbows, knees, lips, anywhere dry
3. Massage in with the warmth of your fingers if needed
4. Wipe the bar gently with a cloth before storing — this keeps it clean
5. Store in the included tin or your travel container in a cool place
6. Use morning, night, or any time skin needs moisture

What to expect

• Texture: firm at room temperature, softens with body heat to release a thin layer of nourishing balm onto the skin
• Color: warm honey-amber from the unrefined yellow shea, raw Manuka honey, and tallow
• Scent: warm honey with the same meditative frankincense note as our Honey Tallow Balm — just slightly softer because the aloe rounds it out
• Finish: dewy, slightly cushioned — absorbs in 60-90 seconds with no greasy residue
• Bar life: a full bar lasts 8-12 weeks of regular face and hand use, longer if used only for occasional travel
• Heat sensitivity: in temperatures above 90°F (a hot car, summer suitcase), the bar will soften. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to re-firm.
• Storage: keep in a tin, jar, or wrapped in cloth between uses. Direct contact with damp surfaces will accelerate use.

Most customers keep our Honey Tallow Balm (jar) at home and grab this lotion bar for travel. For a complete travel kit, add the smaller size of our Golden Honey Tallow Suds — one liquid soap, one solid balm, both glass and TSA-friendly. Two products replace your shampoo, body wash, hand wash, face cleanser, body lotion, hand cream, and face moisturizer.

The craft

We blend the same Honey Tallow Balm formula but in slightly different proportions — more beeswax to hold the solid form, plus the addition of aloe vera for the cooling-layer finish. The mixture is hand-poured into bar molds in small batches in Oakdale, California. Each bar is hand-removed, finished, and packaged. The aloe is added at the lowest heat to preserve its enzymes. Shelf life 12+ months unopened.
