What's in it

• Organic pasture-raised eggshell powder — a naturally sourced form of calcium carbonate. Provides the fine polishing structure of the powder. Sourced from pasture-raised chickens.
• Organic virgin coconut oil — the binder that keeps the formula clay-textured rather than dusty. Long used in traditional oral care practices like oil pulling.
• Sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) — a classic gentle polish. The foundational ingredient in oral hygiene for generations.
• Organic xylitol — a naturally derived sweetener that gives the powder a pleasant taste without sugar. Unlike refined sugar, xylitol is not fermentable by the bacteria typically found in the mouth.
• Organic peppermint essential oil — real peppermint, not synthetic mint flavoring. Provides the cooling, fresh sensation and the clean peppermint taste.

How to use

1. Wet your toothbrush with water
2. Dip the damp brush lightly into the jar, picking up a pea-sized amount of the clay
3. Brush gently for 2 minutes, covering all tooth surfaces
4. Spit and rinse thoroughly with water
5. Use morning and night as part of your regular oral hygiene routine
6. To keep the jar sanitary: tap the brush gently rather than scrubbing it into the clay, or use a small clean spoon to transfer a scoop to your brush

The craft

Hand-blended in small batches in Oakdale, California. We source pasture-raised eggshells from partner farms, wash and sterilize them, then grind to a fine powder using traditional methods. The eggshell powder is combined with food-grade baking soda and xylitol, then bound with organic virgin coconut oil and scented with real peppermint essential oil. Every jar is hand-filled, sealed, and labeled. Shelf life 12+ months unopened.
